holiday cancellation policy
Cancellation deductions are based on the number of days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If requested 24 hours or more after booking, the applicable deduction below will be taken from your reservation balance, and the remaining balance will be issued as a Future Stay Credit.
1 – 10 Days Notice: 5 nights will be deducted
11 – 20 Days Notice: 4 nights will be deducted
21 – 30 Days Notice: 3 nights will be deducted
31 - 35 Days Notice: 2 nights will be deducted
36 + Days Notice: Full credit will be issued
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking: For stays beginning within 1–3 days of booking, 2 nights will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as a Future Stay Credit.
Future Stay Credit: Credits may be used toward a future stay within 365 days of the original reservation date. Credits expire after 365 days and are subject to our applicable booking terms and availability.
